Privacy policy

Last updated 31 July 2026

This policy explains what Daisy collects, what it does not, and who else can see anything. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. Your health profile, your plan and your logs stay on your device. We do not sell data. We do not share anything with supplement companies. There are no advertising trackers in the app.

Who we are

Daisy is operated by the developer of the Daisy iOS application. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, email privacy@daisyhealth.app.

What stays on your device

The following never leaves your phone unless you explicitly export or share it:

This information is stored locally. We cannot read it. If you delete the app, it goes with it.

What is sent off the device, and why

Supplement and article content

Daisy downloads its library of supplements, nutrients, protocols and articles from our content service, hosted on Google Firebase. These are ordinary read requests for public content. They do not carry your profile, your plan or any health information.

Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your subscription status. It does not receive your name, email or any health information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Crash and performance data

Apple may share aggregated, anonymised crash and performance reports with us if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your iOS settings. You can turn this off at any time in Settings, Privacy and Security, Analytics and Improvements.

The AI assistant

If you use the in-app assistant, the question you type is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate an answer. Do not type anything into it you would not want leaving your device. The app asks you to accept this explicitly before you use the feature for the first time, and that consent is recorded on your device.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and collects nothing about you. Your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of that request.

What we never do

Legal basis and your rights

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with equivalent law, our legal basis for processing the limited data described above is your consent, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because your health data is stored on your device rather than by us, the fastest way to exercise deletion is to delete the app. For anything else, write to privacy@daisyhealth.app and we will act within 30 days.

Children

Daisy is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

This document is a plain-language draft written to describe how the app actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have a qualified professional review it against your jurisdiction before launch.
