Terms of use

Last updated 31 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Daisy application and this website. By using Daisy you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

What Daisy is

Daisy is an educational wellness tool. It helps you understand supplements, build a routine, keep track of what you take, and see how close your intake sits to published safe limits.

What Daisy is not

Daisy is not medical advice and it is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any supplement, and especially if you:

If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service. Do not rely on this app.

Information quality

Daisy's guidance is drawn from published sources including national health authorities and peer-reviewed research, and each supplement and article lists the references it came from. Nutrition science changes, sources are sometimes revised, and reference intakes differ between countries. We work to keep the content accurate and current, and we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or applicable to your individual circumstances.

Where Daisy scores or compares products, those assessments are our own opinion formed from publicly available label and certification information. They are not laboratory verification, and they are not an endorsement of any brand.

Your responsibilities

Subscriptions and payment

Daisy is free to use with a limited feature set. A premium subscription unlocks the full library, expert protocols and unlimited product scans.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store, not by us.

Intellectual property

The Daisy name, logo, written content, scoring methodology and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy is provided "as is" and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about your health based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Ending your use

You can stop using Daisy at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use Daisy after that means you accept the revised terms.
